Prior to version 6.0.0, Scilab was licensed under the terms of the CeCILL license v2.1, and continues to be available under such terms.

Scilab 6.1.0 - Windows 32 bits (exe)

Good chances are, you have a 64 bits machine!
But the 32 bits version will work in any cases.

This version based on the further developments of Scilab 6.1 was build on 2020/04/20.

It has been tested under HighSierra, Mojave, Catalina OS versions.
